Unlike other manufacturers, Blockader branded steel barricades are manufactured with quality and durability in mind. We use 16 gauge steel in both the frame of the barrier and the bases.
One of the key advantages of Blockader crowd control barriers is our hot-dipped galvanizing process. This is the key to our steel barricade’s durability. Cheaper knockoffs will simply paint the barrier often leading to rust.
Uprights actually inserted into the frame for extra strength – not spot welded like imitators.
This prevents any distortion or deterioration from occurring. Also, our vertical uprights are inserted into the frames before welding.
Competitors commonly cut corners by “spot” welding – often resulting in breakage and damage.
